About the owner: Estes Park is the best of the best. Wonderful people frequent our beautiful 'Village' as they enjoy the natural beauty of Rocky Mountain National Park. This is our home and we are thrilled to share it with you, now that our kids are off on their own, we have the opportunity to travel a bit more ourselves. A small portion of the original home was built in the mid-70s. When we saw it come on the market we were ecstatic because of its privacy and setting. We did a major remodel and now enjoy much of the year right here. Estes Park is one of the most sought after destination areas in Colorado, close to airports in the metropolitan hub. Obviously the natural beauty and abundance of wildlife played a major role as well.

We are located on approximately 2 acres, off of the beaten path on a beautiful golf course with trails aplenty for any family large or small to wind down at the end of the day. The views are spectacular and the mountain fragrance is unforgettable. We have major horse shows, rodeos and a Fourth of July fireworks celebration that rivals Denver. Estes Park is internationally known for its Scottish/Irish Highlands Festival that brings thousands of visitors to our community in the fall of the year.
